Ayurvedic Nutrition Coaching

Are you ready to really take your health into your hands? Do you want to improve your eating habits in the long run? Would you like to learn ayurvedic nutrition first hand with some attentive guidance? Then my ayurvedic nutrition coaching is right for you! You will get an ayurvedic consultation, a short individual ayurvedic cleanse, 25 suitable ayurvedic recipes and 3 additional coaching sessions in 28 days. All our meetings will be held online via video call. You will receive Zoom links one hour prior to your appointments. You will also have my unlimited support via WhatsApp throughout your whole coaching period. Day 1. Initial ayurvedic consultation (1 hour): We will speak in detail about your current situation and goals. You will receive recommendations for the following days and all the necessary information about the upcoming ayurvedic cleanse. Day 5-7. Individual ayurvedic cleanse Day 7. Ayurvedic coaching session (30 min): We will discuss your cleanse experience. You will receive your recipes and lifestyle tips for the next 7 days. Day 14. Ayurvedic coaching session (30 min): We will discuss your past week. You will receive your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for the next 7 days . Day 21. Ayurvedic coaching session (30 min): We will discuss your past week. You will receive your long-term nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Day 28. Final conversation (30 min): We will go over your past four weeks. If necessary, I will make adjustments to your plan, so that you can follow it in your day-to-day life with ease and joy. PLEASE NOTE: the price displayed here is for the whole program, but you can only schedule your first meeting on my website. When we meet, we will make all further appointments.
