Do you want to improve your long-term health? Do you struggle with losing, gaining or keeping your weight? Do you have digestive issues that bother you? Do you simply want to know, which foods and body care routines are best for your unique constitution? Whatever your intention is, here you will receive qualified answers to your questions! This is an in-depth online ayurvedic consultation for new clients. It consists of two separate meetings, 60 and 30 minutes respectively. Both sessions will be held online via video call. You will receive Zoom links one hour prior to your appointments. After a thorough discussion and analysis of your current life and health situation, I will develop a personal lifestyle and nutrition plan for you. This plan will help you reach your health goals, and improve your well-being in general. PLEASE NOTE: the price displayed here includes both meetings, but you can only schedule your first appointment on my website. When we meet, we will set the date and time for your second session.
